Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information where available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays outside our control but will assist in resolving issues.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select European and Asian countries.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations. These will be noted on the product page.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at superbcody15@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion.
